For the period from 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023, the average gross monthly wage rose to CZK 37,839.<\/p>\n
This means that the gross monthly salary on the foreigner’s employment contract must be at least CZK 56,759 during this period.<\/p>\n
MIT emphasizes that this new amount applies to certain applications through government programs that were adjudicated during the period. So you need to watch out for applications made now in April on the old form with lower pay.<\/p>\n
