    • In order to be included in the aforementioned Programme, a company must be a tax resident in the Czech Republic and a payer of health and social insurance. He must also have settled his debts to the states and must not have received a fine in the last 2 years in the matter of illegal employment, i.e. more than CZK 100 000 or a repeated fine of more than CZK 100 000. It also refers to the company\/applicant for inclusion in the government program to have published financial statements in the collection of documents. It is also essential for the visa process to have a job vacancy that must pass a labour market test. Another condition on the part of the employer is a guarantee of wages\/salary for the duration of the employment relationship i.e. at least the minimum average earnings of the relevant CZ-ISCO group. The employment relationship with the employee must be on a principal employment relationship for at least 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • If the applicant is interested in having his\/her family members also live in the Czech Republic, then this program allows employee card applicants to have their family members apply for a visa to stay over 90 days for family purposes. The family members of the Blue Card applicant can then apply for a long-term residence permit to live together with the Blue Card holder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
